JAPG Mowers and Machinery Delivery and Returns Policy.

1. Dispatch and Deliveries:

1.1 We send parts to anywhere in the UK and most places Worldwide. Options are available when purchasing your parts on the checkout page. We are currently unable to send to the Republic of Ireland due to customs issues. Northern Ireland is fine.

1.2 Items stated as in stock are usually dispatched the same day or 24hrs after the order has been placed. On some occasions this may not always be possible due to a high level of orders or a stock level discrepancy so in this situation some items may take 2 to 3 days to be dispatched.

1.3 The majority of items we list we aim to keep stocked and ready for dispatch. There are however a few items that are listed as special order only. These will be stated as such so please read the delivery times before ordering one of these.

1.4 The delivery agents we use are Royal Mail, DPD, DX and Parcel Force.

1.5 Next day delivery options are available for UK residents only. DX is our agent of choice for this speed of delivery. This service is only available for Monday to Friday deliveries. We do not offer this service for Saturday deliveries. The cut-off point Monday to Friday is 2:45pm each day. Anything after this will be sent the following day. If it is a bank holiday, then the order will be dispatched on the next working day. We can offer special Saturday guaranteed deliveries through Royal Mail, but this would have to be specially requested via email.


1.6 It is the customers sole responsibility that the name and delivery address information provided are exactly where they want the order to be delivered to. JAPG Mowers and Machinery (JAPG LTD) will not be held responsible for any financial loss or loss of time that arise due to an incorrect or incomplete address being entered by a customer. We do not have time to check every customer order for the possibility of something being wrong. Our priority is getting customer orders packed and shipped which I am sure you will appreciate. 

1.7 We do not currently allow local pick up of orders from our warehouses. Everything is dispatched out from us in the mail only. We also do not sell directly from the warehouses so please do not turn up at the premises. We also do not allow drop off of returns. There is no customer trade counter at the warehouse. It is for postal returns only.

2. Returns:

Faulty Products:

2.1 If an item ordered is not as described or is faulty then items can be returned for a refund. The cost of returning a faulty product will gladly be met by JAPG Mowers and Machinery.

Product Not Required or Just Changed You Mind ?:

2.2 If you have ordered a part in error or have just changed your mind you can return it for a refund but the cost of returning an incorrectly ordered part must be met by the customer. This must be done within the allotted timescale, see 3.1 to 3.2. The part must be in the same original new condition with no damage and in its original box or bag unless the product was deemed faulty.

3. The Law, You and Us.

3.1 You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item to us for a refund. The product needs to be back to us within 30 days.

3.2 Once we have received the product back to us, we then have 14 days to refund you.

Postal Return Address:

(Items cannot be picked up or dropped off in person, this is a postal returns address only)

When returning an order or item please make sure you include your order number, name, postcode and reason for returning with the order. Otherwise we will have no idea who the return is from.
