This seal is fitted to Briggs and Stratton Engine Models as stated in the list below and is fitted to the PTO side. So the driving side of the engine. This seal is a common culprit for oil leaks at the bottom of the engine. 

Seal OD = 35.1mm, 1 3/8", 

To fit crankshaft OD of 7/8" ( 22.3mm ),
